Professional Experience

After graduating from university, worked as a nurse and research nurse in multiple national key specialties at the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University, participating in patient education, retention, and follow-up for international multi-center clinical trials.

In 2013, joined a top national SMO company as Regional Manager. As the only project manager, established the Clinical Trial Subject Recruitment Management Department, becoming the first nurse from a top tertiary hospital in China to transition into SMO patient recruitment management. Specialized in patient recruitment and retention for international multi-center clinical trials in endocrinology, respiratory, dermatology, oncology, rare diseases, and other fields, promoting industry reform.

From 2016 to 2024, joined a mobile medical platform, responsible for platform commercialization and innovative business development. Built multi-business module teams from scratch and achieved over 100 million yuan in revenue. Served as Director of Business Operations, Deputy General Manager, Deputy General Manager of a Jiangsu Provincial New R&D Institution, General Manager of a joint venture with a listed company, etc. During this period, founded several national high-tech, science and technology small, and specialized & innovative enterprises, collaborating with Tsinghua University and other universities/hospitals to complete scientific and technological achievement transformation in the field of medical-engineering integration. The clinical trial patient recruitment and retention business became the preferred Chinese supplier for multiple Global 500 pharmaceutical companies.

In 2024, founded Beijing Miaoshenghua Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and served as General Manager. Currently acts as a medical investment advisor for multiple domestic and overseas private equity funds.
