Dr. Jay Pan (潘杰) is a Professor of Health Policy and currently serves as the Dean of the West China School of Public Health and President of the West China Fourth Hospital at Sichuan University. His research centers on value-based care and health system reform. His work has been published in The Lancet, Social Science & Medicine, and other leading journals.
