潘杰，教授，长期从事公共卫生教学和卫生政策科研工作，致力于主动健康与价值医疗研究，推进社区健康促进和政策转化实践。担任四川大学华西公共卫生学院/华西第四医院院长、教育部公共卫生与预防医学类专业教指委委员、《Health Policy in Asia》主编、《现代预防医学》主编。
